client and loan details

Verify the details populated

Select “Payment Type” as per the wish and
click on “Pay”

Checkout page will open on Third party Payment
Gateway with four options: Debit Card, Net Banking,
UPI, select relevant payment mode to
complete the transaction

Transaction ID shall be generated after successful
transaction, save the Transaction ID generated for
future purpose

Note:
Refunds shall not be processed once the amount is successfully adjusted to the customer's loan account. If the amount has been debited from the customer’s bank account and the transaction is confirmed as successful by the customer’s bank but not posted to the customer’s loan account, it will take 3-5 working days to investigate the issue. If the amount is found not to have been credited, BFIL shall take 10 to 15 working days to process the refund to the remitter’s account.
